Shouldn’t an Agent Back Up Their Talk with $’s?
If I cannot bring an offer on your property within 120 days of you signing the listing form that is within 95% of the asking price, I will deduct $500 from the commission you are paying. In addition, I will deduct another $10.00 a day every day until your home is under contract.

I do this to show you I am very committed to not only getting you to where you want to go but also in a timely manner.

I offer this to you so you are in more control of the relationship. I want you to know that I too have a vested interest in getting your home sold. I will do everything in my power to get you to where you want to go and I hope putting this in writing helps you understand how committed to my “lifetime clients” I really am.

There are just four requirements:

1. To qualify, your property must be a single family home or a townhouse, not a condominium.

2. To qualify, your property must be priced within 5% of the last 5 comparable sales in your neighborhood.

3. You must be willing to make the necessary repairs to your property to put it in a condition that will warrant the market price.

4. This guarantee must be requested by the Seller and a signed agreement must be executed at the time of the listing contract.
